Web development begins with information gathering. In order to achieve our goal we must understand your intentions for a web site and your ideas for design and functionality. To accomplish this we use all types of communication available such as Face to Face conversations, Telephone, Fax, Internet, Email and Postal Mail.

We attempt to learn all we can about you, your business and your industry by visiting your place of business if practical and reviewing your product , literature, brochures and logos. We also look at processes and procedures if appropriate. We may want to take digital pictures and electronic scans where necessary.

We will want to know how many products you wish to display on your web site, whether or not you are going to be selling your products online. Online selling using ecommerce or email, your methods of shipping and shipping charges. Taxable and tax exempt status, Returns policy, Legal notices, Company bio, Contact information, Ordering information, Product and Service information.

Once all this is understood we will formulate a price quote and estimated date of completion for your review. Both vary widely depending on how complex your project is and what services you require, ie: domain registration, web setup, merchant account approval, web site initialization, server programming, etc.

Upon acceptance, we will require a fifty percent down payment (full payment if paying by credit card), Your credit card information for recurring services and some or all of the information stated above.

During development we will most likely solicit you for opinions, facts and more information as needed. Your input is welcomed and necessary throughout the design process in order to achieve your ultimate satisfaction.

Upon completion we require payment in full and hopefully a continued working relationship.
